I work with adults and teens 16+. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I work with clients of all races, ethnicities, and cultural/spiritual identities. My practice only offers individual therapy at this time.

What we'll work on: Coping skills to calm the brain and body, decreasing anxious thoughts & feelings, reframing negative self-talk, building confidence, reducing perfectionism, and improving self-worth.
What we'll work on: Managing & preventing burnout, self-care, addressing personal issues, and improving work-life balance. I also help with adjusting to this field and navigating workplace issues.
What we'll work on: Setting boundaries with work/family/etc; healing from unhealthy relationships, breaking patterns, assertive communication, people-pleasing, & honoring your own limits.
I also help my clients to heal from various types of trauma, including childhood physical/emotional abuse, sexual assault, betrayal trauma, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, etc.
What we'll work on: Stress related to academics, adulthood, and change; perfectionism, time management, motivation, identity, decision-making, and life direction. We’ll demystify this time of transition so you can look forward to the next chapter.
What we'll work on: Managing the demands that come with business, wealth, and public/highly visible roles; relationship/family issues, stress, work-life balance, & more. I’ll take the time to understand you and your lifestyle to provide the support you need. I also work individually with spouses/partners of high-achievers to cope with the unique challenges that come with such a relationship.
What we'll work on: Organization skills, time management, motivation/discipline, goal setting, starting/finishing tasks, habit development, procrastination, and more.
(We'll create a strategy that fits YOUR version of productivity. It doesn't have to look like someone else's, or what you've been told it 'should' look like.)
