Mission Statement
I provide therapy to adults and teens 16+. I specialize in therapy for adults, older teens, therapists, and entrepreneurs/executives. I have a special interest in burnout, boundaries, anxiety, & financial-emotional health.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I work with clients of all races, ethnicities, & cultural or spiritual backgrounds. I also offer EMDR for trauma processing. I'm in-network with Community Health Direct and Caresource Marketplace. (Superbills and limited income-based spots available.)
